The space will accommodate a trackable working and group discussion area, demo space, as well as service area such as pantry and storage.

Cilandak house has two functions: house and office. The assignment is to renovate the house by refining the circulation and the rooms in the house and office. This happends due to the failure of he exiting circulation does not give a clear division for both the masses. We are also asked to renovate the facade of the office which faces the house.
In our design, the center courtyard fascilitates the hobby of the owner that is gardening. A with swimming pool is added there to give more value for the sides of the office and the house which face it.
The idea of the new facade design is to create a porch covered by pillars on the first floor. The second floor is a box covered by an attic roof, creating a walkable and livable verandah for it.
