The space will accommodate a trackable working and group discussion area, demo space, as well as service area such as pantry and storage.

Cinere house is owned by a pilot. Designed firstly by other consultant, it faces a budget problem as the design becomes too expensive. We are then assigned to redesign the house to meet the budget.
The first thing we do is maintaining the trapezoidal masing which is already on the site along with its function. But then we cut the corner room reshaping the mass as it becomes rectangular. It used to have a glass wall on the ground floor but we try to minimalized the opening and maintain the void only for the entrance. We also redesign the interior layout in oder to minimize the cost.
