Design strategies:

1. Allowing natural light as much as possible for every room by using glass walls as partitions -- it's important for the staff's well-being

 

2. Layering the spaces from the most public to the most private efficiently -- to ensure comfort of work

 

3. Providing adjustable partitions for flexible room functions.
