The space will accommodate a trackable working and group discussion area, demo space, as well as service area such as pantry and storage.

Gandaria house belongs to a young couple with pieces of visions of what they would call their future house. To realize and assemble their visions, we come up with several floor plan and
facade design alternatives.
The final design incorporates two divided rooms with a acourtyard in the middle. It becomes the light well for the rooms. The challenge for this is to create the facade to cennect the massing of the main building and the service. We are also asked to consider not only the aesthetic of the facade but also the lighting it provides for the rooms insides. We also consider the kinds of materials to create robustness of the look from the outside.
