The space will accommodate a trackable working and group discussion area, demo space, as well as service area such as pantry and storage.

A house is a protection. A home is where the protection makes the family feel like they belong; it is lived, familiar, and owned. Not
only does it need to accommodate daily necessities and reflect the familyʼs identity, it must also enable gathering as well as privacy for its occupants. To meet these requirements, PL house provides the family with these three main strategies:
1. A split-level arrangement that keeps the family connected to all activities but at the same time does not sacrifice their privacy.
2. Three zones: service (bottom), family (middle) and private (top).
3. Two wings (west and east), which were surrounded by openings that allow for view, natural daylight, and breeze: front facade
openings (west), backyard openings (east), and the central
courtyard (center).
PL House takes a modern classic style, reflecting the owners' identity.
