The idea of Cisauk Landed Houses was planned as growing houses in which each the 6 x 11 sqm lot has only 2 stories 78-80 sqm built area. Each floor plan alternatives has spare to build additional rooms. The site itself is located in the lakeside. It becomes the additional values instead of the distant to BSD which is in 

high pace development. In this project we proposed some alternatives of masterplan and units for sale. The final masterplan concept was to create triangular groups which bring out nodes for garden and playground.

 

The design for the units passed some 

design exploration which deliver some floor plan alternatives to consider the
location of the spare to build additional mass. There are two final design facades. The first design is to create the high
entrance by bringing the void to the front and in the main massing there is a box hanging on it. It creates high and
grand impression. The second design is to create a gable roof massing which seems hanging on the first floor mass.
